Communication with patients via electronic means is conducted by appropriate regard to privacy.
Hamp Lane Medical‘s primary reason for communicating electronically with patients is to issue appointment reminders and recalls. We verify the correct contact details of the patient at the time the appointment is made.
Hamp Lane Medical does not communicate with patients about their medical conditions through email unless they request to do so.
